Remember about the importance of having a plan in order to avoid chaos and being overwhelmed. For example Bill Walsh, a Super Bowl-winning coach would script the beginning of his games to avoid being caught off guard. The takeaway is that it is important to have a plan in order to feel more confident and in control in any situation.
