Today we focus on the concept of self-awareness, which is the ability to objectively evaluate oneself, and the importance of not rushing into conclusions. It suggests that our senses and emotions can be wrong, and encourages taking a beat to become aware of all that is going on before making a decision, in order to make the right decision.
